THE COMPANY INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR FRONT-END, BACK-END, AND LABORATORY PROCESS MANAGEMENT

  

The Life and Liability Information System was developed for the complete management of all insurance company activities. It integrates product design phase with those of sales and post-sales management, while providing a set of reporting tools useful in analyzing both clients and company performance.

The system manages both individual and collective forms intelligently with no overlapping of areas while sharing the same applicative logic. Product life cycles (Unit, Index, Insurance, Social Security, Liability) are integrated in one single suite that permits the management of all phases: pre-sale, sale, and post-sale.

 

There are three levels:

 

FRONT-END: the public area is designed for the presentation of information on products and sales tools, signature operations, and post-sales management

 

BACK-END: for the management of all back-office activities: management of the portfolio, data processing, company reports, co-insurance, reporting, technical accounting, liquidation management, and document storage

 

LABORATORY:. where the Insurance Company can manage Products and Prices, with the Actuary Factory (for Life Insurance companies), the Sales Network, and Process Workflow.
